CREATIVE SCENIC DESIGN

AAAJP can supply any size stage and scenic panels required. we will work with you to minimise the cost of the scenic element and advise on the parameters required in Japan for earthquakes and with the standard sized panels that are used in Japan, we have access to all pantone colours to maintain the correct colour of your clients logo.

TECHNICAL DESIGN

AAAJP can supply equipment for Online, Hybrid and standard events, we also have green screen / virtual background capabilities, some venues here in Japan supply various equipment with the room rental, usually the spec of this equipment is low. AAAJP has connections through out Japan that can supply the equipment that you require or an equivalent. Whether it is Audio / Video / Lighting / Voting systems or even 3D mapping we are sure to have what you want available

EVENT MANAGEMENT

As we all know the management of the event is key to it's success, this is especially true here in Japan. AAAJP will undertake site-inspections, crew, time-management, scheduling and finance, Most vendors will not work directly with companies from overseas, we will bridge that gap and take care of any funds transfers and paper work in Japanese. AAAJP's team are bilingual and ready to help.
